Pursuant to the Article 13 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation (“GDPR”)

Reference legislation “H.T.A spa ( Hight teach aluminium)”
Starting from the 25th of May 2018 the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data EU 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), published on the European Official Journal on the 4th of May and having legal value for all European countries, has become operational.
The GDPR establishes rules regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as rules concerning the free circulation of such data. The GDPR protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals and in particular the right to the protection of personal data.

At the basis of the new regulation is the principle of responsibility (Accountability) that informs the whole structure of the GDPR.
The new regulation repeals the Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection).

H.T.A S.p.a. has, and is effective from that date, an organizational, technological and trial model that meets the requirements of the GDPR. Based on these management systems
H.T.A S.p.a. has implemented controls, procedures, disclousures and constant improvement mechanisms aimed to make the processing of personal data carried out by itself and by any persons in charge of the treatments that, in its name and on its behalf, should execute them, in line with the provisions of European regulation.

H.T.A S.p.a. promotes the respect, by its employees and collaborators, of high moral values and integrity of conduct, imposing the correct use of personal information that they acquire in the performance of their work.

H.T.A S.p.a. Service users, Suppliers, employees
as a result of their activities and their requests, they can provide personal data that are processed for the performance of related activities.

Definitions (Art. 4 GDPR)

  • Personal data: any information concerning an identified or identifiable individual ("concerned"); an identifiable individual can be identified, either directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online ID or one or more characteristic elements of his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity;
  • Particular categories of personal data – any personal data revealing the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union affiliation and the processing of genetic and biometric data in order to uniquely identify an individual, data concerning health or data concerning the sexual life orsexual orientation of an individual.
  • Data controller: the natural or legal person, public entity, service or other agency that, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by the law of the Union or of the Member States, the controller or the specific criteria applicable to his designation may be established by Union law or by the Member States.
  • Interested subject - any individual who is the object of personal data held by an organization.
  • Treatment
    any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on series of personal data, even with automated tools such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise available, alignment or combination, restriction, cancellation or destruction.
  • Lawfulness (Art. 6 GDPR)
    The treatments carried out by H.T.A S.p.a Are carried out exclusively in compliance with the criteria of lawfulness contained in the GDPR (ex Art. 6) and in particular only with the agreement of the interested party or for the performance of a contractual or law obligation. For particular data an explicit consent will also be required in a clear and explicit way.
  • Consent
    In cases where the treatment is based on consent, it must be granted in a written way or in digital form through the institutional website or anyway in a demonstrable form and only after having carefully read the related information. In case of particular data for which the exceptions referred to the par. 2 ex art. 9 of the GDPR an explicit consent will be required.
    In case of children under the age of 16, the consent of the parental authority will be necessary (ex Article 8).
    Consent can be revoked at any time.
  • Data Transfer to Third Parties
    H.T.A S.p.a. will not transfer your personal data to third parties without having previously obtained your consent.
  • Retention period
    Your data will be processed for the entire period necessary for carrying out the activities for which they were acquired, and if requested by the judicial authority, will be deleted in accordance with the current legislation or for longer time

Cookies
No personal data of users is acquired from the website of H.T.A S.p.a. .
We do not use cookies to transmit information of an indvidual , nor c.d. persistent cookies of any kind are used, or systems for tracking users.
The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow a safe and efficient browsing of the web site.
The c.d. session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of users' browsing and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

Your rights as an Interested Subject
At any time, while we preserve or process your personal data, you, involved data subject, have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you have the right to request a copy of the information we preserve on you.
  • Right of rectification: you have the right to correct the data we have about you that are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to be forgotten: in some circumstances you may request that the data we store on you are deleted from our records.
  • Right to limit the processing: when certain conditions are applied to have the right to limit the treatment.
  • Portability right: you have the right to transfer data in our possession to an another organization as long as they are stored in digital format.
  • Right to oppose: you have the right to oppose to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
  • Right to oppose to the automated processing, including profiling.
  • Right to appeal to judicial authorities: if H.T.A S.p.a refuses your request based on access rights, we will provide you with the proper reasons. You will have the right to appeal, as described in he clause 3.6 below, to the judicial authority

Complaints
In case you wish to file a complaint about how your personal data are processed by H.T.A S.p.a (or by third parties as described in paragraph 3.4 above), or on how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to file a complaint directly to the supervisory authority and the H.T.A S.p.a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Personal data
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU, personal data are defined as: "any information relatied to an identified or identifiable individual (" concerned "); an identifiable individual is the one who can be identified, either directly or indirectly, in particular by referring to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social aspect ".

How we use your information
This privacy statement tells you how, H.T.A S.p.a., will collect and use your personal data to outline further information on services and activities that collect personal data, for example: cookies, profiling, complaints, subscriptions, etc.

Why does H.T.A S.p.A. need to collect and store your personal data?
To enable us to provide you with a service, we collect personal data for purposes of correspondence and / or provision of detailed services. In any case, we are committed to ensure that the information we collect and use is appropriate for that purpose and does not constitute an intrusion to your privacy.
If contacted for marketing purposes H.T.A S.p.a. will contact you to obtain further consent.

Will H.T.A S.p.a. communicate my personal data to others?
We could transmit your personal data to third-party service suppliers on behalf of the company during the course of the relationship report (process managers). Any third parties with whom we can share your data are obliged to store them securely and use them only to satisfy the service that they provide on our behalf. Once they wont need your data any more to satisfy this service, they will delete them in line with H.T.A S.p.a.'s procedures. Whenever we may need to transfer your sensitive personal data to third parties, we will proceed only after obtaining your consent, unless legally required to do otherwise.

How does H.T.A S.p.a. use personal data concerning myself?
H.T.A S.p.a. will process (collect, store and use) the information provided in a manner compatible with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will do our best to keep your information accurate and upfdated and for no longer than necessary. H.T.A S.p.a. is required to keep the information in accordance with the law, such as information necessary for income tax and for assessments. The duration of the storage of certain types of personal data may also be governed by specific requirements of the corporate sector or by concerted practices. Personal data may be kept in addition to these periods depending on specific business needs.

Under what circumstances will H.T.A S.p.a contact me?
Our goal is not to be intrusive and we commit ourself not to ask irrelevant or useless questions. Furthermore, the information provided will be subject to strinct measures and procedures to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

Can I access the personal data that the organization holds om me?
H.T.A S.p.a on your request, can confirm what information is kept on you and how it is processed.

The EU has approved the transmission of personal data to some countries because they meet a minimum standard of data protection. In other cases, we will make sure that specific measures are applied to protect your information.

  • How to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
